Only spent a day in Bratislava but absolutely loved the Castle on the hill (below) and the Old Town. From the Castle, there were great views of the river Danube (above).
In the past, I've visited Kosice and Poprad in Slovakia, but Bratislava was something else, well worth a daytrip from Vienna.
