The picture above is of Bled Castle overlooking the lake, while the one below shows the Castle close up:
The Castle itself is worth a look round, as it contains a museum (below):
And a chapel (below):
However, the greatest thing about the Castle is that it offers panoramic views of Lake Bled island and the mountains in the background:
As you can imagine, Lake Bled was one of the places that I most wanted to see in Slovenia:
And I wasn't disappointed: the place was just incredible.
