Curry in the Pot

 

Nice shot of my most recent vegetable madras cooling and thickening in the pot after it'd been made.

Besides the tried and trusted vegetable burger and curry paste that were added near the end of the cooking process, the curry contained onion; red pepper; carrot; potato; sweet potato; courgette; and aubergine. 

This was a really good mix of vegetable flavours.
