Getting the Garden in Shape

While in the garden, I spent much of my time stopping vine from strangling conifer (and other) trees.

To protect the trees, I also trimmed the branches to stop the trees invading on each other's space:

Through this kind of work, the garden started to take on a much better shape:

The work included getting rid of nettles too, of course:

And protecting fences:

All in all, this was good exercise, what gardening should be.
