My first Saturday in my hometown (Bury, Lancashire) found me up on Edenfield moorland:
This was the first time I'd ever ventured here:
I enjoyed the solitude, with my imagination helping to take the pictures:
Shortly afterwards, I fell upon Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary:
Visiting the cat part:
Thankfully, all our feline friends were in spacious rooms full of toys.
Further down the lane, I passed a farm:
And came upon an unusual park (set up during Covid):
The dwarves appeared quite happy here:
