Seville: Plaza de Espańa
Nice few shots of the Plaza de Espańa building in Seville here:
Was walking down near the riverfront when I accidentally ran into this place (in the Maria Luisa Park), and I'm glad that I came across it:
Just read that this incredible building was built in 1928 for the Ibero-American World Fair that was held in Seville in 1929.
Also just read that nowadays the Plaza de Espańa mainly consists of government buildings (including Seville Town Hall).
Like a lot of other tourists, I just found this place very eye-catching on a beautiful mid-April afternoon.
