Warsaw To Lublin by Car


Above we're crossing the bridge away from Warsaw city centre. 

In contrast, below we're stopping at a great place for eating (a converted brickworks, I think) on the way from Warsaw to Lublin:
 

But, unfortunately, the place was closed as it was over Easter (still credit to Poland for still respecting Easter):


Of course, as usual, we passed through the small town of Ryki, noticeable for its sugar factory (I think?) below:


And its wonderful, steep, red-bricked Gothic church:


And nearer to Lublin (I think?), there was the strangely-shaped church below:


And passing through Lublin, we saw the Orthodox church (hope this place is still open), as usual:


And the great Castle, as usual:


And the big church that I always recognise but know nothing about:

But this building I certainly do recognise, the Perła brewery in Lublin:


Let's just say that if you like your lager to taste like bitter, you'll love Perła Pilsner (a really fine beer).
