Bradford-on-Avon: Crossing the River


What a pleasant experience this was, crossing the river into Bradford-on-Avon town centre:


As the notice below indicates, this bridge dates back to the 13th century:


Have just read that the Bridge Tea Rooms below (which I encountered just before crossing the river) date back to 1502, having once been a blacksmith's cottage:


Thus, all in all, I could sense that I was going to have a great time on the other side of the river, in the centre of town.
