This dry-stone wall, near the coastline at Doolin, caught my eye as all the (including big) stones were in vertical rather than horizontal positions. Thus, there was very little bonding between the stones.
For me, it was amazing that a dry-stone wall could be built in such a way to withstand the harsh weather conditions at Doolin.
