Got this Serbian beer because I liked the stag logo on the beer bottle:
The beer was about 5% alcohol but was very light to drink and refreshing in taste.
Have just read that the Apatin Brewery, where Jelen is made, dates back to the 18th century. I think that I may've drunk Jelen on draught a good few years ago while on holiday in Montenegro.
I've seen a good-looking bottle with a deer called Kampinos. Unfortunately, I hear that the beer is nothing special.
