While wandering about in Taunton, we chanced upon Somerset cricket ground:
Which is situated very near the picturesque St. James' church:
A great-looking pub:
And what looked like a set of almshouses:
It was pleasant to see the Somerset cricket ground because Lancashire won the County Championship First Division here a few years ago; a friend told me that they timed their run chase to perfection in the 2nd innings.
Everything was wonderful and laid back,
Until we saw that this cricket ground didn't accept any kind of payment in cash:
It was sad to see cricket becoming such a victim of globalist ideology.
