After an uncomfortable night of dozing in and out of sleep while wild camping, it was a relief to go looking at Tintern Abbey at the crack of dawn:
With the Abbey being seemingly balanced between being a creepy and yet mystical place:
But overall, it was great seeing a new day come into full view, as the darkness magically gave way to light:
All the while, I had Cat Stevens' classic, Morning Has Broken, running through my head, as God brought in a new day (like in the song).
Not long after, I saw an incredibly beautiful flower:
And a Marian (Catholic) pilgrimage sign on a wooden post:
For me, it was great that Catholics were visiting Tintern Abbey as a pilgrimage site and sacred ground.
