In my hometown of Bury (Lancashire), I was generally shocked to see how much further the town had become degraded in the six months since I'd last visited the place in March.
The picture below shows some kind of 'sleeping place' in what was once the graveyard surrounding St. Paul's church in the East Ward district of the town:
However, as a first pleasant surprise, Hoyles Park looked in reasonable condition:
Besides this, I felt uplifted by the St. George Cross that I encountered on Huntley Mount Road:
However, I'm honest enough to acknowledge that the St. George Cross was just a form of token resistance to the mass demographic change that is being relentlessly enforced on many parts of Britain by the extreme leftist government there.
