Having not been to a gig for almost two months, I was absolutely gagging for one, and really enjoyed Pain of Salvation last night.
Only really know Pain of Salvation in passing (did see them in Warsaw 7-8 years ago), but really enjoyed the set last night ('Meaningless'; 'Disco Queen'; 'Full Throttle Tribe'; 'The Perfect Element' etc. 'Disco Queen' is an interesting tune, it kind of has a Zappa touch.
As they say, you can't beat a good Prog band in full flow.
Favourite tune of the night, this had to be 'The Passing Light of Day'.

Also got up early enough to catch the opening act, Kingcrow, which was well worth it:
