Everywhere we looked in Shaftesbury, there seemed to be some old-worldly, English enchantment, and St. James Street was no exception.
The courtyard just off St. James Street (above) was one thing that caught my eye. Another thing was the Ye Olde Two Brewers pub below:
This pub was a nice place to catch a pint on the way to the campsite which lay outside the town.
