The day before the start of the Loreley 'Night of the Prog' festival, we went to St. Goar looking for cuckoo clocks which wasn't difficult given that every second shop seemed to be selling them.
Like St. Goarshausen on the other side of the Rhine, St. Goar is a picturesque place full of beautiful buildings:
