From Canterbury High Street, we passed the Mexican restaurant above at Westgate.
Then we continued a bit up Whitstable Road which looked busier than what I remembered it from years ago:
After a few minutes, we turned right, and hey presto, Canterbury West train station was right there:
Outside Canterbury West, we saw a rather unusual-looking food van:
Inside Canterbury West, things looked a lot more built up than years ago:
After our first train, we found ourselves at Ashford train station which really looked built up:
Where we caught our connection to Rye:
We fancied a day out in regal Sussex.
