After many years of planning to do so, I eventually got to Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, one afternoon in early August 2014. As soon as I'd got off the coach, I was greeted by the beautiful sights above and below, and the place immediately seemed magical:
Especially love the way the Castle is perched not that far above the city centre:
Also couldn't take my eyes off the incredibly beautiful Ljubljana University building below:
Yeah, this was going to be a great place to visit.
