While finishing off our visit to Sternberk Castle (above), I managed to get this unusual shot of the pond and its carp inhabitants at the foot of the castle (below):
Then, when we'd left the castle grounds and were near the cathedral, we ran into the end of some kind of rally car event (below):
Below, some kind of award ceremony was taking place for the early finishers of the race:
And a host of young women could be seen leading the cars towards the award ceremony:
